This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. Received call from the number and they were offering me Free Holiday for 7 days and one night free accommodation in Manchester. They told I was chosen randomly from their office. Before they could ask anything more I told I am not interested as this sounds too good to be true and at the end I might end up wasting time and might give some valuable information.
