Supposed call from Microsoft Technical Department about a problem with my PC. My response was extremely crude and I then put the phone down!!!
Received a text telling me to call because my online banking had been suspended. Rang my bank instead and they confirmed it was a fake. The scam text sits in the thread with the genuine text notifications I get from the bank so it's a decent mimic and I even got one a few days ago saying the notifications I receive would be changing from today. Bank said just delete 'em.
Another car accident call- pleasant English speaking woman who transfers you to foreign speaking man. Rang off when I questioned him.
