This is a SCAM, claims to be Santander Bank one time passcode for an online transaction.
Very lazy scammer. Get a very casual message using whatever name you are using on gumtree telling you youre paypal account has been hacked and to log in to change your pass.Like any sort of financial service would be running their security through a mobile.What made it more amusing for me is if they bothered seeing the third line of the ads they got my number from theyd see in large letters NO PAYPAL
Had a call from this number earlier asking me about the car accident I had and that they d been informed by the RTA association. THE WHO? I ASKED The Road traffic accident association she said. Oh okay so what did they tell you I asked. She said It s about the accident. What one I said as I ve had three this month already. Oh we have only been informed about the first one she said. This is a scam. They phoned me on my (not a smart) mobile. An automated American voice stated they were from HMRC informing me that I owed money and they were sending the dept collectors around. To discuss this matter further and settle the debt I should press; 1. Problem is, I did my Tax Return in April and don't owe any tax. I've not owed tax for years. This is because I am on Carers Allowance. HMRC do not have my mobile number. SCAM

Message was in Chinese...2nd message received... in Chinese in 2 days.Third missed call and message left from different number...Said there was a message from Chinese embassy..please press 3 for further details then ended in another verbal message in Chinese..I see the first call originated from Manchester..as far as i know Chinese embassy is not in Manchester... L.O.L. Only connection i have with China is my smart phone was made and originated from there...
Obviously a scam, identified themselves as UK Surveys but have called before on several different numbers which I have blocked each time. Today I have checked the number to find where it originates.
