BEWARE..these are scammers trying to get you to call their ‘bank helpline’ to check about apparently unauthorised debits from your bank account. I hate people who do this. The automated female voice is realistic but banks never do this sort of stunt. BEWARE!

Today, told them again and said I was sick of getting these call. Superb sales man told me that I should " get F- - - K ING used to it ". I was unable to answer the call from this number because my screen was playing up. It did not light up in any way so I couldn't see how to answer or anything. A few minutes later I needed to make a call so I spent some time getting the screen to light up in order to dial out. Surprisingly this number was still calling me. SCAM caller - called saying he's from my bank, quoted some card details (correct, must be on a stolen database) to say that Apple Pay / Contactless are down for 24-48 hours while they do upgrades. I didn't give him any info but somehow he managed to set up an Apple Pay with my card and stole £2,600 from our company account, on payday, 4 days before Christmas. We're now completely skint and can't afford to pay the wages. Been doing some investigating and his name is Tyrell, apparently. Fuck you Tyrel

In the past few days, I have had numerous calls from numbers all starting with 118 230... The one I just asked about called on Feb.27th. Some of the calls were from: 118 230 4879 on Feb 22 118 230 2166 do 118 230 1074 do 118 230 8085 on Feb 27 118 230 0029 on Feb 28 118 230 5240 do This seems like nuisance calling to me, and I'm inclined to think it's about a scam of some sort, not simple soliciting for business.

Fraud Scam caller from Carphone Warehouse but caller ID came up with Pizza2Night from London.
This number is not secure, it is scammers pretending to be from O2, offering a 50% discount off your monthly bill. Tempting, obviously. They say a text will be sent to confirm this, followed by another text with a code to activate the offer. They will then ask you to repeat the code to them BUT doing this will allow them to take control over your account and possibly other info on your phone. Something didn't feel right so when they rang back for the code I didn't answer but googled O2 scams. Beware.
