I have had three phone calls from these people today and I am sick of it. They phoned me while I was at New Cross Hospital with my Consultant and had to apologise. My family and friends knew I was attending the hospital today that is why I did not turn my phone off.

After I answered in the affirmative I was told that I could continue to use the card as usual. On trying to use the card a few days later, it was blocked!
