Answered as was local number. Guy said something about calling back from CCD and went on immediate blurb about Legal& General, I think, and Life insurance. To be honest wasn't sure. I stopped him and asked where he was from again. When he answered and I replied "but I didn't call you" he then proceeded to tell me "Calling back" doesn't just me I Called them first, mumbled something else and hung up! so still none the wiser. Ultimately rude and can only be considered a cold caller.
5 minutes of answerphone when you ring back before it hangs up. Do not answer, probably gathering numbers for telemarketing illegally!

Automated call about a problem with my router, suggested I ring back and book a call with an engineer. A bit of research indicated a scam, possible a BT router. Just ignored!
This is a broker scam number (www.ubroker.com). They push you to invest into loosing trades persuading you to put more money just to "beat a correction". If you do invest 100USD, then be prepared to have a bad trade which would eventually require more than 10000USD to cover up. This broker is not regulated and has false claims all over his site.
