I made the mistake of ordering a kitchen appliance from Boots Kitchen Appliances / AO. Within a day I d received 8 sales calls. Do not give these people your number. Not even for "delivery purposes". SCAM An automated voce tells you they are your Internet Service provider, that illegal activity has been noticed on your account and it will be terminated in 24 hours unless you speak to their executive. A common scam but they are persistent and will call constantly. Ignore them and hang up.

The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office.
