Cold caller ... Just told them straight away I wasn't who they was calling for (lol) told them to take my name off database not had a call since. Works every time.
Scamming bastards with an electronically generated voice, that I only listened to on answerphone, when it got to "There is a legal enforcement on your national insurance number ..." [sic] the message was deleted and the number blocked.

SCAM / SPAM Pretending to be HM Revenue to get details and money saying taxes haven't been paid. Lies. I said I wasnt comfortable giving any details "for verification" as they had contacted me.
