started talking about a survey. i asked them to remove my number from their list. response was "why should i?". i replied saying i was fed up getting calls that i hadnt requested and that i was busy. She told me that if i was busy i shouldnt have answered my phone!!! i will be taking this further

This is FPC or Fredpay.com. They are a collection agency who normally act on behalf of Vodafone. They ask for your name , date of birth, post code etc. to confirm your identity. Simply dont give it to them and they cant continue the conversation !
