SCAM - My elderly mother received a call on her landline from this number (01536 210272) today 4Aug approx 5.10pm. Polite male caller asked her to confirm her name and address which he told her and she did. The text message tried to send me to a website to rebook delivery, but my Apple phone warned me the website was dangerous to go to, so I did not load it.

Got a call proclaiming to be O2 offering 30% discount on phone bill free of charge for loyalty. The contract mentioned is 2 weeks old and I haven't paid a bill yet! I ended the call as soon as I could, if it's genuine I would have expected a text from O2 or an email.
