Accident scam. Asked to remove my number from database. Got aggressive with me. Asked his name and company details = 'Bob from speed'. Then put phone down. This Co. Seem to be able to generate authentic looking numbers which are impossible to block in advance.
They have been trying my number for months!!! I just let it ring and go to voice mail!!

Asked to confirm details of our free listing which is fine, then starts asking questions how many phone lines, what provider etc, so yet again another cold call probably trying to flog telephone services while pretending to be something else
As with all unsolicited calls to my mobile, I press "answer" without saying anything, then put my handset to one side until the caller tires of not getting a response. It usually takes a maximum of 47 seconds, but this caller was either very determined or very slow at getting the message that I wasn t reslonding vecause it was 1 minute 12 seconds before they finally took the hint and hung up. I could hear a female voice speaking during this time but couldn t make out what they were saying, nor did I care

Didnt really give them any info, he asked for last 4 digits of account number and phone numbers I had apparently had on the system.Ten minutes after the call finished, an attempt on my TSB debit card (no overdraft facility) thankfully they were all declined except one! Amounts attempted to be taken £3,600 + £380 + £34 all declined $0.30...dollars! Long and short of it, I have contacted TSB fraud.
