This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with BT tarifs, Go Mobile, O2 and new mobile plans - general call centre working for telco operators.
I’ve received a text from that number this morning message saying from Lloydsbank and I don’t have account with them any more. Claiming if payment made from Waitrose and £3400 to Apple store. If no to ring them.
