I managed to keep this caller on the line for about 10 minutes. I was told they were to help with Windows problems. I asked for an address and was given 15 Victoria Street London. The helpline number is 0800 031 4414. The first person was female with a foreign accent and mentioned Las Vegas USA then South East Asia and India when I asked where their base was. Had clearly stolen my details from a reputable charity and implied that their huge Art Dept had been working tirelessly. Could not email me a copy and hung up when I read out some of these posts and said I was going to report them to Trading Standards, Consumer Advice and the Police. All agencies notified and will investigate.
