Seems like an Indian call centre, have had a few missed calls from several number over the passed few days which I have blocked. They left a 20 second voicemail by mistake with them talking in Indian and laughing before realising that she was on voicemail and hung up. No company name offered, wouldn’t trust regardless. This appears to be a bank scam with claims that "your visa card has been charged £500+ on an amazon purchase, and another charge as well. and to press 1 (I think) On phoning back, the number is not reccognised. Interestingly, my own phone number is 014195632xx.
No idea who it was. 03401900315 rang after 7pm last night, who rings people at that time of night, even my family won't unless I ask them too.

Twice when I picked up the phone the line went dead. The third time, a lady said something which included the words "Tax refund" but, despite asking her to repeat herself several times, I could not make out anything else she said as she had a very strong foreign accent. So I blocked the number.
