Called me a total of three times. I missed the first, a couple hours later they rang again and it was an Indian man claiming to be from CarphoneWarehouse. I hung up and they tried to ring again but I didn’t pick up.
Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all. Toby, the caller, announced that my partner had won the lottery, to which she responded, "Oh, really? Do you want my banking details?" At which point 'Toby' hung up. Considered as a scam call. Automated message speaks of unusual activity on your Bank Account, eg a £200 purchase from Amazon not thought to be made by you and a £1,000 transaction from abroad. Hang up. Do not "press 1" or any other numbers. Ring your Bank if you feel you need to.

Appears to be a phishing call. I answered and an automated voice just said "goodbye" and the call ended. This typically is an attempt to have you call the number back for any number of reasons, typically non of which are good.
