Call center. I answered the call, although I was suspicious as I didn't recognize the number. I said hello, 5 or 6 times, there was a clicking on the line, then a foreign-sounding female voice finally said hello. I said "you took your time answering, didn't you" at which point the call was disconnected.

Has called several times. This time I answered and it was a recorded voice saying a large amount is trying to be taken for a transaction if not you press 1 . If you press nothing it just cuts of and if you try to ring back it does ring at all. Possible scam.
In the past few days, I have had numerous calls from numbers all starting with 118 230... The one I just asked about called on Feb.27th. Missed call, left no vm, no msg, nothing to ID themselves, usually means something crooked these days. Don't know anyone in Manchester, would not have answered it anyway. Blocking this no. & reporting it to provider, etc., or anyone who will take note, if u do that every time for every nuisance/phishing call, it mostly stops for a while at least. Beware, stay safe.

Called today from this number. Appears originally on my telephone as local number, 01900 632310. This is clearly a very dangerous number and it shows the depth to which this scum will go.
Received 4 calls from this number on 13, 16 and 17th January 2023 and on 15th Feb 2023. This is not a known number to me and I cannot see any reason why I would be receiving a call form an unknow number. I am blocking it and considering it suspicious.
