very rude man called. Said he was conducting energy readings in the area and wanted to talk about that. He had a Lancashire/Mancunian accent which fits with the Manchester area code. He was trying to make it sound like he was from a council or energy watchdog type place. I asked if he was a private company trying to sell something. He said "No" He went on again saying he was taking energy readings as he was conducting a survey..... I said "you re conducting a survey on behalf of who?"
