Caller claimed to be from "my network" - his accent was difficult to understand, so I failed to hear what the network was. I terminated the call and blocked the number. Clearly a scam!
As other comments - missed call from Guy s and St Thomas hospital (London UK), auto message says they ll call again if it s urgent. I was expecting to hear from them, and it s good that they don t leave a message which could be a security issue.

Unwanted calls about loans I never applied for
SCAM / SPAM This number called me and a robotic voice said there was a HMRC fraud case against me. I highly doubt this is the case. Also, the english was atrocious!
