Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. I was called from this mobile number stated. There was an automated message stating it was The National Insurance Fraud Service and to press 1 so they could continue with the call. Of course I did not. Very Strange.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from.
