SCAM Apparently a local number, on answering a taped message about payments from my bank. Familiar recording and voice. It's a scam.

I reived three calls from this number but nobody was talking from the other side mean three silent calls this morning. Really annoying especially Monday morning in the office.

Text from this number claims to be from Barclays saying a payment was set up to someone. It included a link, which I didn't use, as I don't bank with Barclays. Obviously a scam.

Fraudulent message about coming in contact with someone with Covid 19. I clicked on the link, they provided and saw it looked like an NHS website. Then I went to click on the NHS logo (assuming it would take me to the homepage), however, it came up with a 404 code showing this page didn’t exist. This is a SCAM. It’s a fabricated message. Don’t fill out any details they ask for!

This number is DANGEROUS! My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Incident reported to the police already. Stay away from this number. They hide using this number so you won’t see their phone number.

My work phone was called by this number, and got a recorded message, ostensibly from my bank, saying the two large transactions, one of which was to Amazon for £999 had been blocked, and said that I had a choice to either release the transactions or speak to a representative. This number is supposedly based in Slough, but that's not where my bank is, so I ignored it.

SCAM! Following several silent/scam calls, I normally screen all calls with my answering machine, but decided to pick up this time. Voice at other end said he was calling about a problem with my "Virgin Media broadband". I don't have Virgin Media broadband to told him to piss off! BASC British Association Shooting & Conservation Genuine company, child-called this morning, i wasn't sure if they were looking for donations or trying to sell memberships, as i interrupted the caller very quickly when i realised it wasn't the call that i was waiting for. The caller was very polite, so i only hope that they have removed my number now.

AMAZON scam! Telling me that an order has been made in my name and £300 payment has been taken from my card!!! Press 1 to speak to an operator. I pressed 1, and told the guy I was confused to the message and he hung up. The phone code is my local town but the guy was Indian. DONT GIVE OUT YOUR CARD NUMBER TO ANYONE OVER THE PHONE GUYS!!!!
