An unsolicited call from a caller with an Indian accent who claimed to be calling about a problem with my internet. This is part of a regular pattern of calls which we receive every Friday morning and sometimes during the week. When challenged they hang up. We do not have problems with our internet.

Im confused about these. I answered a call yesterday when I was at work. She said she was from virgin and needed to discuss my account. She wouldn t say why or give any indication as to what the call was about until I went through a security check. The thing is, I have both my mobile and tv, broadband at home phone package with them and have not missed any payments since I have been with them. You don t pay for TPS is what I told them and never have done, they hung up, SCAMMERS who are using several numbers all the same except for last 2 digits which vary but all claim to be TPS. Block them if you can, but please leave comments here about them, the more comments I believe will help trace or get rid of them.
