Im confused about these. I answered a call yesterday when I was at work. She said she was from virgin and needed to discuss my account. She wouldn t say why or give any indication as to what the call was about until I went through a security check. The thing is, I have both my mobile and tv, broadband at home phone package with them and have not missed any payments since I have been with them. Two calls from this number in the past 10 days. Someone called Matthew talking about loft insulation and the related Government scheme. No idea what he means as we already have plenty of insulation, so maybe a scam call?
