I replied him, I am busy and told him to call me after 1 hour and he hung up saying thank you for you co-operation. Person s voice not seems to be like of real UK based accent. Might be kind of luring for something.

Scammers, just block the number. Once I hanged up without answering I would instantly get called back. Its a robot on the other side.
Missed a call from this number, when I called it back an automated message said it was not a standard UK number!

This is a firm of surveyors who want to make Rating Appeals. We are registered with TPS and have also asked them to stop making calls - they ignore both facts. They are just like PPI Claims people. Have complained to TPS and to ICO and now to the RICS who are their Professional Body. Their website says they have a 70 seat call centre - so must be making thousands of calls every day.
