This number is for Go Assist and their freephone number is 0800 8654 111. They sell extended warranties and repairs - basically your item breaks and then they fix it within the extended warranty period. They are massively expensive - Cheaper to go to original manufacturer or call in domestic and general or something like that. I was quote £350 for a repair but they could turn it into t warranty if I was good to them. I told them where to go and yet they keep calling me.

Apparently it is his job to get PPI papers to me and just needed to check my address, which he had (!!), needed my D.O.B. which he didn't get. Says I made an online application, which I haven't.
