I had a call from this number telling me my bank had been charged unknown to me

SCAM Said they were a claims company. Had my name, date of birth but had wrong address details. She claimed that I had used them to make a claim several years ago which isn't true. She said it may be so long ago I had forgotten using though them. It's not too long and I know I never have or will use claim companies or cold calls. She made a lot of saying she wouldn't ask for any details that could be a risk to me but went straight into my employment status and address details. I gave her NOTHING and NEITHER

Potential scam/attempt fraud. Female voice, human not a recording, claiming to be an "energy adviser covering the area". Wouldn't shut up and answer questions/deal with a challenge to the "energy adviser" claim and caller hung up when challenged.

FraudFemale recorded voice with American accent (very amateurish) saying they were HMRC and that I had been reported for tax evasion. The case has been reported to the police and would be brought before a magistrate. "Press 1 to speak to a HMRC agent", Obviously I didn't. This country has some of the most advanced telecomms technology in the world. WHY can't the authoriries (Police, BT, the Regulator) take down these numbers?

I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. Called a 99 year lady for a second time in 4 days stating it was a government call thankfully the lady had her wits about her and intercommed me (scheme manager) to come and take over the call. When I mentioned who I was the caller immediately hung up
