He opened the call...dont worry I am not selling Gas or electric. He then went on to ask if I wanted to sell my business. I said, if you had done your research properly you would see that I am not the owner, only a director. Head office overseas own it. He still argued with me, anyway on closing teh call I told him to wake up. he was the most NON dynaic person I have ever spoken to on the phone. This is NOT CRSmith s phone number from all the communications I have had from them. It comes up on my phone regularly and I don t like it.
SCAM sounded like a genuine call from Virgin Media about internet problems. Said their server had been receiving errors from my hub. Suspicious when they started asking me what apps I ran on my phone. Even more suspicious when they wanted me to download remote control software so they 'could show me the problem ' Noticeable change in tone when I said I was an IT professional. Hung up the phone and called Virgin who confirmed they'd never ask someone to download software.

Getting 2 calls a day from this number, mostly no one on line which is then disconnected and several occasions they have questioned pensions. I have asked to be removed from call list which has not been done. number now blocked with the other 160 nuisance callers.

Noone has my mobile number, and it nevers rings but today it did after i did apply for a new PAYG Sim Card for free from what i thought was genuine o2 web page advertising. If they are genuine and it s a courtesy call then fine, otherwise these could be scamartists trying to confirm your details by tricking you into surrending them online thinking its for a free sim card and cloning o2 s advertising website style. Be careful!
