I think the name was RJ Legal, she was Scouse and funnily enough said this very quickly and wouldn't repeat. Told me I'd had an accident. I asked where they got these details from and she parroted that it was an "opted in service and you have requested this call back". I said I hadn't and repeated where they got my details from. Just received a call about my cavity wall insulation. Asked them to remove my number and they refused. Asked to be put through to a manager and refused again. The caller informed me he called the shots so to prove he didn't, I hung up on him. Extremely rude and obviously in the wrong job with a telephone manner like that.
