Similar to other comments - caller said he was from Microsoft and said my computer had been sending them warning messages. Wanted me to log on so he could fix it ! He was a bit confused when I said I only had Apple computers and not Microsoft and then hung up when I told him that I would refer this to Action Fraud!

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). They are registered on companies house under 10140828 a whole saler, no accounts filed and if you try to look at their reports, Norton blocks it as dangerous.
