Called twice today, 2nd time answered: asked for my partner by name & claimed to be from People's Energy who are our energy supplier and are based in Edinburgh so that matches the area code (0131). My partner wasn't happy to confirm security information for an unsolicited call though and they were happy to end the call requesting we call them. This number has called me loads of times whilst I was abroad, got a friend to call back and he received a response saying number not recognised or something like that.
A male called saying his name was Chris and that he was calling about my Dyson. I told him he must have a wrong number. He then said "Do you not have a Dyson". When told "No", he apologised and rang off. I assume a marketing scam of some kind.
