They didn t give a damn about correcting a front window that was falling apart soon after installation - including the cill put in back-to-front. SCAM Coputer voice said they were BT and there was suspicious activity on our phone line and they were going to disconnect it. Press 1 for ? or Press 2 to speak to someone about it. As we have not been a BT customer for nearly a year and do not use there phone line. We are with Virgin that does not use BT lines. It was a scam ! I did not press any number as it would probably cost us money. This company have 100's of numbers under the same prefix and change every last numbers every few day.
This number is for a company called Spark Energy who are located in Lairg Scotland.

Beware, Locksub uses fake postal addresses to deceive you. If you call, you will be charged between £59 and £99 + VAT. They send a guy to your place who is not MLA approved and will extort you.
