Followed up by wanting to download remote control access programmes on my laptop. Seemed to know the details of a minor accident I was in a few months ago such as the date and my registration number. The line was quite poor but the person claimed that the other party had finally admitted responsibility (FOUND TO BE A LIE WHEN I CONTACTED MY INSURANCE COMPANY 10 MINUTES LATER). When I asked who instructed them to call me they hung up.
