These people are scammers who target elderly vulnerable people. They cold called my mother who has dementia, despite her being registered with the TPS. They talked her into completely unnecessary cover for a washing machine for £225 pounds. This seems to be their MO as I have now seen it on numerous forums about them. Called me cold enquiring speculatively enquiring about an alleged accident. They told me they had been sent the report regarding it and then asked me what date it was. When i told them they should know if they had any report they rather rudely and abruptly hanged up. Rude, intrusive, unprofessional and blocked.
