Rec'd a scam text from apple pay about needing to accept updated T&C. Apple do not communicate via text, the text had a clickable link, and I don't have apple pay anyway, so the scammer was never going to fool me!
Was an answerphone recording telling me I owed money to the Tax office. I blocked the number as I'm sure HMRC don't use mobile phones to make calls, and will find a conventional method of contacting me rather than a dodgy auto service.
Fraud - call supposedly for MEA calling wrt a recent change in the pension scheme; hang up when I asked what the call was about
Rang mymobile 1133 3 October. Did not answer as my phone said SCAM. Got home and phoned the number - it is not in service!!!!! Avoid. Scammers.

SCAM: Recorded call received from 01823 284844 saying bank account 'scammed' with two large sums of money taken out. One by "Amazon" and another amount. Clearly an attempted fraud.

I don’t answer if don’t know no. &/ or area their calling from having no connection to me How are they so prolific when ex directory and TPS registered?! Claim to be from BT Openreach about issues with our router. Shame we’re not with that company. She kept insisting that even though we weren’t with them she needed to tell us about these issues with her router. When I challenged her about the fact that it was a scam and how could she live with herself and that BT had nothing to do with our router and couldn’t see our router she stuck to her guns that she was legit and needed to tell us what was happening with our router. I just hung up.

I don’t answer unknown numbers so I don’t know who this is. However, I did block a similar number a few days ago when I was expecting a call from a doctor and accidentally answered an unknown number. It sounded like a young-ish black man and I told him I wasn’t interested in what he was selling. Then I blocked the number. This is a very similar number.
Answered the call, the person at the other end said hello once, then hung up the phone. No idea who it is, gave no information out and gave up the call

Received a text msg today from 80870 asking what do I think about my recent experience of their Outpatients Department service at my Hospital, which I won't mention. Well, as I am visiting my Hospital for treatment at the moment and from what I read from other reviewers here, it does seem to be genuine and Free. But if it is, why on earth are they using a premium number? It puts lot of peaople off! Therefore, for that reason I did not reply to it, hence a Neutral Review.
