A man with a strong Indian/Pakistani accent called and told me he was calling from BT as my broadband connection was to be updated. He asked me to turn on my router and my laptop and the update would automatically start to download. I said that there have been a number of scam calls asking people to do this, would he mind if I hung up and called him back. He agreed that the scammers were making life hard for the professionals at BT and gave me this number (0207 156 5000). I hung up, waited 5 minutes then ra
