Pretending to be from Carphone Warehouse (do they still exist?)...probably a scam.
The call came from a recorded message which stated the information. In order to process your refund of wrongly charged Payment Protection Insurance press 5 now. This was very likely a scam to charge your phone line with monstrous premium rate call charges. I have never been sold payment protection insurance so it is obviously a scam. They should be run off the road into the nearest ditch!
