Woman got very defensive and aggressive when a report to TPS (Telephone Preference Service). She did agree claims were liable to reduction for commission. Thetford number with northern accent. Asian female reportedly from "Windows Tech Support" called to tell me that that they had received numerous error messages from my computer and that she was there to help. Ran off a load of numbers and letter supposedly from my computer licence and when asked to repeat it the numbers and letters did not match. When asked to supply I.P. address hung up. "Windows Tech Support" would never ring. Total scam.
