How are scam companies like these able to get our phone detals when, as mentioned above, we ve only taken out a contract from Phones 4 U about 2 weeks ago?? I have not yet answered one of these calls as i tend not to answer unknown or unfamiliar numbers but next time they call, i think i ll either repeat their questions back to them until they get p*****d off and hang up or pretend to be a take away food outlet and demand their order from them!! Has anyone reported this number to BT or Virgin? They have a duty to investigate and disconnect landlines if they are causing harassment, alarm or distress. In some cases even prosecute. I have reported a few scammers and they and no longer exist. It wont' eradicate them completely as they will spring up again with another number but the more you inconvenience them and close the net the more likely they will give up. Remember, there are more law abiding people than there are scammers.
