Did not understand when I asked if that was all one word or 2 words, must be a question asked by others Im sure.. She passed me on to another lady and she was not much better. I ended the call as I felt sure SKY would employ people with better spoken English than this for a customer service job. This felt wrong so Im going to say its dangerouse. no evedence however.

Lady with strong Indian Accent from Virgin Media technical said that hackers had got into my router (a hidden problem that affected other users too, not just me), and wanted to check it for me. I confirmed independently by dialling 150 and entereling my password. I was told that no technician had called my phone today, so it was either a phishing call or some attempt to gain control of my online device(s).
This number called me the day after I had an accident, I stupidly went along with the call thinking it was connected to my crash.. They told me to lie and say I had injuries! Ignore them and don t give any info they re so dodgey!!!
