I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. So they called me earlier today claiming to be Virgin. They were offering me a deal to upgrade my services and I was wary of them for quite a while, however they never asked me for any bank details only to confirm personal information so I proceeded with the call. After seeing the reviews here I got worried after by how much they knew about my account so I called Virgin, who confirmed it was in fact their marketing team and the deal I was offered had been genuine and that upgrades were indeed in the works.
