Received a call from this number today, and also had a missed call for the last 3 days. Once connected it has a few seconds of silence, a nice clear sign its unsolicited but I thought I d wait and see who they were. Bloke on the other end told me he is from ICS and they got my number from third party who advised there is an unclaimed category C claim against my household (despite it being a call on my mobile). I keep getting phone calls from people call themselves " Windows " telling my husband and I there is something wrong with our computer / laptop.

Do not answer this number. This was a silent call from an O2 mobile. Googled the number and its a "security firm". Riiiight.
