Legit. Checks out with what is listed on the HSBC UK website. Though the call quality was very bad. Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity. I swear the support lady could just identify theft the hell out of me at this point.

I asked them to put the information in the post, they declined saying they don’t use the post. I then said we’ll send me an email and if you are HMRC you will have my email address. This number called Primeleed who contacted me on WhatsApp to help me to prepare all my documents to make an application true to them. They were going to get my grants and everything but they are not communicating by email which is strange. When I ask them to send me an email they don’t send any email. They gave me an email address and I send them the documents by that email address but they never responded. So strange
