Claimed to be BT and our broadband would be cut off. Not with BT, scam.

Just received a call from this number about online trading. When asked how they got my number, she said online banner ! Strange - I asked her to remove my details - she said that I would need to speak to someone in the company and would not give me the name of the company. Then hung up on me.

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Illegally cold-called my TPS-registered number. Purported to be from a government sponsored energy efficiency company, wanting to confirm the address and discuss loft insulation.

An unwanted call which rang back 15 secs later offering a box to attach to our phone to stop unwanted calls,of which we receive a number each day. very plausible and chatty to the point that I gave card details and agreed to a one off payment.Managed to block card before any payment went through

Another silent caller - rang me 25/04 no one on other end

Rang offering 3 months free extra accidental injury cover before paying for Bronze, Silver or Gold policy extension. Had my birthdate. Offered to set this up on the phone,..told him to send me the info in the post and I d think about it. Sounded OK but not 100% sure.

Called 2x again tonight. No message left on answer machine. This nuisance call is not wanted nor solicited and will be reported to TPS. Someone must be able to stop these calls???
