Was called by this number which I let ring out but was then called again briefly by 01615247248 which I presume was them checking my number as it only rang for a few seconds This number is marked as Potential Fraud the second number wasnt

SCAM. I received a text purporting to be from DPD, saying they'd been unable to deliver an item, and that a fee was now payable to release it for delivery. The message contained a link for me to do this. Definitely a scam. I've blocked the number and reported it to my mobile phone provider.

I suspect that it s a Skype type call from a foreign country - they usually come up with a number that looks like a uk STD code but could be from anywhere in the world.

Claimed to be a call from BT informing me that my internet was going to be suspended due to my connection being compromised and asking for details of users and devices.
HSBC scam to try and get credit card information.
SCAM / SPAM: BT Scam! Asian sounding female called from a call centre, asking for me by name. I deliberately answered the phone in German, which made her hesitant. She said she was calling from 'British Telecom', and asked for Mrs **** again. I asked her who she was, in German, and she ended the call abruptly. When I did 1471 to get her number, it said 'Please Hang Up' which makes me think this is a spoofed number. Incidentally, I no longer have a BT phone line.
I had a call from populus survey yesterday and told them it wasn t a good time and they said they would call back. That was from number 0345 313 0337. Just had a missed call from the 0191 number everyone is talking about. I called it back and it says the number does not exist. Glad I googled it as had not connected the two. I will block both numbers to see if it does the trick.
Did not give details and BT Call Blocker stopped it.

Supposed to be pc maintenance or windows tech support. Called from this number and also 004258967. 2 calls a day for 2 days so far. Indian sounding accents, very insistent and persistent . Fraud I recently registered a company with companies house (2 days ago). This number called me with the new company registration number then claimed to be the electricity company and wanted to update bank records. Absolute rubbish, fraudulent call.
