Call center. Had half a dozen or so calls from similar numbers. Callers say they just need to ask a couple of questions for a survey. They usually mutter the company name although heard "family" mentioned. Have asked each time for my number to be removed from call list. I`ve checked and the caller is either Helping Hands (a handyman firm) or a firm called Coldel who do removals. The address is 23 Southmead Road Fareham PO15 5JY.
Same as above, DVLA says I have overpaid by £103.22.
They call daily asking for a final bill payment. None of their details match mine - they will ask you for card details - SCAM ALERT.

SCAM Pretending to be Amzon saying that an order has been placed on my account with a couple of phone options. I just hung up but I assume if you choose the options you will either be charged for something or go through to someone who will try and get your account details. Checked my amazon (on a different device) no orders placed - so this is defiantly a scam. I've been getting a lot of random calls recently so assume my number managed to make it onto a dodgy list somewhere.
