SPAM This number leaves an automated robotic sounding message with a slight american accent if the call is unanswered. But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. This is the second time in a few days I have been targeted and the number also had 07738 prefix but followed by 207964
Beware, this is a scam intending to defraud you of money. It was an automated message, informing me that gambling.com had taken £1,100.00 from my bank and Amazon had taken £300.00. I was supposed to press 1 to authorise the Amazon payment. I put the phone down.

Fraud SPAM SCAM Number text me as a wrong number looking for Carolyn, when i replied wrong number, they apologised and asked for my name so they could add me to their address book so it wouldn't happen again. There have been 22 checks on this number in 2 days, it screams phishing for information that will be used for scams or fraud in the future.
Received a phone call from them. They knew my name. They said they wanted to know if I was eligible for a new boiler via a grant. Have now blocked the number.

He didnt give me a number but tried to say he could prove he was from the FCA bu searching their site for a reference number - the ref number linked to a real person but not someone who worked for the FCA. This call came into me whilst I was in the shower. The female operator started talking immediately, I had to really raise my voice to interrupt her call whereby I explained that I could not he at her as I did not have my hearing aids in, but was in the process of trying to put them in. My expectation was that she would hold on whilst I did that. Instead with no hearable comment the phone went dead. I felt she was extremely rude, I’m disabled, had got out of the shower to answer her call & Im deaf.
