Some guy, asked me how much I was paying for my telephone bill, claimed to be from Bee Online. I politely declined to tell him this information he said I was stupid and an idiot and hung up. Once they get the 9 digit ID they can then see your screen They ask you to log into websites, copy the url to 'test' the connection. Luckily my pw auto logs in, so I didn't type it. Be wary as on the BT website it does say they wouldn't ask you to screen share
