Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17734052xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with debt management - financial services, but also insurance marketing - accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
Fraud The number has called repeatedly and says that I have to take some sort of action otherwise I won't be able to use my National Insurance number anymore. That's not how it works. Block them.

Cold call. I checked with my supplier Welsh Water who confirmed it was a genuine marketing call. I recommended to Welsh Water that their website should state that Accent make calls on their behalf. Otherwise Welsh Water will be wasting its money if recipients of call refuse to respond to the survey.
The number is for Thomas Sanderson - they sell blinds. If you ve ever entered into a competition to win something and didn t tick the don t contact box they will call incessantly!
