After a significant delay (always suspicious), "Hi, this is Matthew. I'm calling about the government scheme for insulation, which you had installed in your loft." As soon as I said "Oh, no you're not" because we have no loft and have not had any insulation of any description installed for more than 10 years, he immediately hung up.

auto voice message purported to be about automatic "renewal of my Amazon Prime Account".. (quoted cost of £79.99) and then requested I press number 1 if I do not wish to renew and speak to a manager in order to cancel acct... although I have no such account with "Amazon Prime"
Got an automated call showing this number. The computer generated voice stated that my bank account and NI number had been hacked, and that i had not responded to any requests to contact me. It then threatened that i could be arrested, and to avoid that, to press 1 now.

Marketing agency calling on behalf of Amanda Cunliffe Solicitors. Not sure where they got my name, phone number, or details of an accident I had last year. They were pushing hard for me to submit an injury claim, even though I said the accident resulted in no injury.

Claims to be arefund from DVLA, not due anything of the sort. Obviously lying, avoid.
