Wrong number but very Spooky. Could not work out the accent. Kept asking about getting a car going or a zatar whatever that is. Was asking for big money. Sounded desperate
I was called by number 090432929, not 09043967, and this number is from Great Britain? I don't know anybody from Great Britain! We keep getting calls from strangers who most likely just want to sell us something, but I don't even pick up the phone anymore when we receive such calls and the number is not from my hometown. For that reason I once again don't know who exactly called us this time, but it's annoying!
This number is claiming to be national insurance under a robot voice, ignore this number, block and report.

Claims to be a debt collection agency on behalf of Paypal (Yes I do have an ongoing dispute with Paypal), Google seems to support this fact. However after he asked me to confirm security details, I told him no - and I will only discuss/deal with Paypal direct. He told me I d receive a letter and email from them, again I said unless it comes from Paypal - I ain t dealing with you. Caller hung up.
