i do not like the way this company operates. Service reps do nott turn up for appointments and when they eventually do so they try aggressive sales techniques to get you to enter a contract even though they have been told not at the outset that I do not want one. Still waiting for a replacement light after 4 months. Also the last person that came stank so much of nicotine I had to use my inhaler twice. Not impressed.

I asked where they called me from!? an Indian lady from Calfornia so they said. I asked them if they wanted to buy some fuji green eye wash, which confused them a bit.
and apparently these upgrades mean we qualify for stuff that we couldn't get before. I don't know why these companies feel the need to try and lie and con people into buying their services - I guess it shows the types of company they are.
